My wife and I decided that we were going to look for a recreational property and were traveling home from Shuswap Lake on a September weekend when we decided to detour to Invermere. Meeting Nada was actually a bit of an accident, as she was gracious enough to fill in for another realtor who had a dental emergency and couldn't accommodate our tight timeline. Nada got all of our requests scheduled efficiently, despite the now common Covid constraints and showed us not only what we asked to see, but also a variety of other properties that she felt might be suitable, one of which we ultimately worked with her on an offer. Throughout the entire process, she was quick, factual and business minded. Once our offer was accepted, she kicked into an even higher gear making sure that we as Albertans, were connected with a BC lawyer, and advised us on how/where to set up our utilities and strata fee accounts. She even tracked down the information necessary to transfer ownership of the golf cart that came with our real estate purchase.
