The previous owner ran it as a short-term rental so it was extremely well maintained and even had BRAND NEW fridge, stove and over-the-counter microwave right before we bought not to mention the custom blind package. The upper level is completely re-imagined with a bedroom, mud room and full bath. This is our kid or guest zone as needed. Our lower level has the open design kitchen, dining room and living room.
